Currently (provided things are measuring properly in photoshop's rulers and the dimensions we have in the FAQ are correct:

• The aspect ratio is wrong: It's too tall at 10" straight from the download and not wide enough
  (covers are under 6.5" wide when the height is right, can't remember what they are at 10" tall)
• The spine is not centered: The front cover is slightly larger than the back if I remember right (at least on the one, possibly more. Not sure how many I attempted to scale)
• The spine may be the proper size, but I cannot verify this as scaling causes issues elsewhere in the sizing so it makes it somewhat irrelevant

I don't think I have any real time to do anything about the printing this week due to too much shit at the restaraunt so no real development will probably be made.
Also I asked Lévis and he said that they were 100% print ready and that they would only need to be printed 10" or perhaps smaller...
I will pester someone about wheter this is true or not and plan accordingly.

Not having any books to be sure these are right, I'm just going off of the dimensions provided, so I could still be wrong about how these fit, but here's my best guess of how this will work.

At 72dpi like it is now, full size, no scaling, it would be 8.5 feet wide. Can't have that. Changing that to a number more suited for printing like 300dpi, it's about where it should be in size, which is good, but there's a potential issue.

Assuming a normal dpi of 300, it's 9.5" tall, which is taller than the books, and I assume taller than what you want hanging off the edge, though some overhang may be a good thing, but I'm going to assume things with none.

At 308.1dpi it is exactly 9.25" tall, no scaling done to it. This is a pretty odd resolution, but it works if you want it exactly 9.25" tall like the books are supposed to be and don't want to scale it. Scaling down is not going to cause much issue though, so you could make it 300dpi and scale it down to 9.25" tall and achieve the same thing. Now at that size, I checked the dimensions based on what we were given.

The dark parts are the dimensions given for the cover and spine. Now I assume you'll need about 1/8" for bends on the edge of the spine and on the edge of the cover. Those gaps in the darkness are almost exactly 1/4", so if it is a 1/8" bend at each point (The potential problem: I really have no idea if it would take 1/8", less, or more), it is absolutely perfect at 308.1dpi to fit the book with no overhang on the top and bottom and no scaling.

At 300dpi with no scaling, it would be a bit looser all around (9.5" tall and the rest would scale accordingly).

So here I re-saved them, both the same print dimensions. One simply has a dpi change, the other has a dpi change and is scaled slightly.

Nice job with this one. Looks to be about perfect. If it is a smaller bend than I assumed though then you could possibly run into some wrapping of the spine text and images.

Now, hopefully I am right about what I just told you and this all works as it appears it should. I'd honestly get one printed before committing to a full set just to be sure. It's not that I don't trust my measurements, it's more that I'd want to be sure I didn't want a looser fit or a taller jacket prior to committing to it completely blind. It's also an opportunity to test out the printer's ability to make it the size that everything says it should be.

EDIT: Just realized I left these in the original RGB. If you want to get them printed I'd convert it to CMYK first.

Alright, here's Volume 1 with masks based on the given sizes:

As you can see, the covers aren't big enough. I didn't even bother figuring in the spine on this size after seeing how far away from the amount of room needed there was left.

The covers are slightly too small. If you can see it, there's a slight overlap in the spine and cover masks. The spine is nearly the perfect width here (a little small to be honest as you can see by the blue hanging off into the back cover), but the cover sides are a bit too short. When wrapping the book, there would be some of the liner curling around. I didn't get too precise after I noticed things overlapping, but it also appears that the front and back covers are slightly different sizes, albeit barely.

At either size (I'd prefer to make them 9.25" tall if I was doing it myself) they are not wide enough it seems. 9.5" still seems a bit much. I'd go, at most, to 9.375" myself (leaving 1/8" wiggle room rather than a full 1/4" past the cover) so there's just a slight overhang to ensure it covers the entire thing.

I'm guessing the rest are going to have the same issue in being too short on the long side of the image, but if you would really like me to check and be sure, I can. The spine is about right, so there's no easy way to scale it to something that would fit well unless you start stretching portions of the image, which is generally a bad idea to attempt.
