It makes me nervous to see people in other countries getting their books so fast. I'm in Utah and still waiting for mine to arrive. Hoping it doesn't get lost

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure those people in other countries are from the initial sign up batch and not the reserve batch. Or perhaps the postal service was just super quick for them I guess.

From the reserve batch. And it's a bit strange that US->Europe takes less time than US->US. Especialy with customs checkings, planes, and sometimes local deliveries.
Unless your postal service only delivers once a week, it would be legitimate to be worried by now.

I'm in the US, ordered reserve and it's scheduled to be delivered today. It really varies by where you are in the US, they are delivered by car/truck whereas international is flying, which is a little faster plus usually doesn't need to travel too far to get on a plane, then driven a somewhat shorter distance. Plus these things aren't exactly at a regular speed, sometimes it moves through quicker than others and other factors to be considered. I wouldnt be too worried about not receiving it yet in the US for at least another day or two. They should all be arriving with these next few days here I would imagine.

I think you're right. Currently if says "delivered by 6/12/17" so I may just be freaking out for no reason. I've worked retail customer service for so long I always expect the worst when it comes to delivering packages lol.

Got mine yesterday and what's kinda funny is I'd almost rather have the five volumes than the one XD

You should send an email to the project team with your full adress and every info needed.
I don't know if they'll refund the shipping tho, I hope you live in the US because you might have to pay that again.

Try my buddies I sent to south Africa, "cleared customs " may 18th. He still hasn't gotten it

You should track it with South Africa's post service and/or contact their customs office to make sure it's not held up for some silly reason. I know it's South Africa, but it shouldn't take that long.
