Re: Project Horizons Informational Post
Any guess on a price point so we can start saving up or get the money ready?

Assume 300 smackers. It will not be that much I bet but its a good goal to save.

Re: Project Horizons Informational Post
It honestly wouldn't surprise me if they did multi book printing this time, so 300 would actually be a vet good number
Re: Project Horizons Informational Post
$300 the horror! I do not believe my poor wallet can take it! ... Then again I do not believe I will be able to take it if I pass up on a printing... Curse you Canadian currency!
I would also rather pay more for more books than have one or two LARGE books.

300 U$D? Ooff, this is going to be painful. That's basically 700 CDN!
Re: Project Horizons Informational Post
Well, better safe than sorry.
*I'll just edit out the random price speculation then. No sense in making assumptions and then being disappointed they're off.
But you could always be pleasantly surprised...

Guys, please stop with the random price speculation. Our goal has always been to make the books as affordable as possible so Fallout Equestria fans around the world have the opportunity to own their favorite stories in physical form. While it's too early to speculate pricing, I absolutely do not expect it to be as expensive as the numbers all y'all are throwing around. If you do decide to save up that much, you will be more than fine.
We average 1000+ copies with our printings. While I expect PH to be a good bit smaller, it's not going to be that small.Wht wrote:If 30-60 copies would be considered "bulk"
Thanks for your input! We're still playing around with ideas, but due to the sheer size of Horizons we're definitely doing it in multiple books.Spydude wrote:I would also rather pay more for more books than have one or two LARGE books.

Thanks for the update Zemming!
And now to completely ignore your post... I speculate it will be $1000+ for the books + shipping + more shipping. That is if the pages are gold (pls be gold), I get the books sent around the world a couple of times, and then I ship some ponies (together). Shipping 4 lyfe!
Please don't take that seriously, I'm soooo bored of exams atm.
1000+ copies with your printings... wow, I did not expect demand to be anywhere near that (except maybe for the first printing run)
Also thanks for recognizing my ideas! I always liked the 4 books of the original print run of FO:E a lot more than the 2 books of the second print run (except for chapter 20.5 being inserted directly into the text).
As always, thanks for working hard on a project you don't see any direct profit from.

Yup, they'll definitely totally be $1000+. Economy shipping is only $500, but for $1000 I will personally hand-deliver your books. We unfortunately can't make the pages out of solid gold, but to increase reader immersion we're debuting scratch-n-sniff pages (shhhh, it's a secret). Smell your books like never before!™®©Spydude wrote:And now to completely ignore your post... I speculate it will be $1000+ for the books + shipping + more shipping.
