mine hasn't arrived yet, and I'm getting kinda worried since the tracking number hasn't updated since the updated tracking number e-mail on july 29th. I was thinking it might be an taking a while since I'm in canada but i noticed some one in canada got theres :/ not to mention all the other international ones. what should I do?

We're working on it. There were several issues with Newgistics, which our distributor has profusely apologized for.

I'm currently looking into it and hope to get an email sent out soon with as much of an update as I can provide.

My books just arrived today and they look REALLY nice I can't wait to read this story all over again. Thank you guys for doing something like this for all of us who wanted a physical copy of this book.

However, thanks to some other Canadians who have gotten their books, we've narrowed things down a bit. It seems Newgistics passes off the books to UPS, Canada Post, or in some cases Purolator for the final delivery. Unfortunately the tracking numbers are basically worthless, but there's a good chance your books are sitting at the local hub for one of those companies.

Please give them a call and see if they have a package with your name on it. That seems to works, but if you still have no luck please send us an email so we can look into your specific package.
