2nd Printing Signup Confirmations

Thank you very much. I do have one question though, are these probably going to be above or below $50 in the United States?

I don't want to play The Price is Right with our estimates, but $50 should be the closest price without going over.
We obviously want the books to be as inexpensive as possible. But our current estimates are based off around 800 people signing up, and the cost will change depending on how many people actually sign up.
