I'm gonna assume that you are asking about how much the books cost and to that the reply is "depends on the amount of people buying them."
With the first print (About 370 sets) the price was somewhere between 70 to 80 dollars per set, not including the shipping.

Just reading that last bit of news brought a happy tear to my eye. I freaking love to read Fo:E. I have even began referring to the compass when I play Fallout as the E.F.S. This is gonna be amazing!!

Also, will there be a increased price for the dust jackets, or are those bought separately?

I think for dust jackets we'd be on our own. At least that's what I've seen so far.
