Re: Refunds
I found my paypal transaction, and it seems today is my last day within the window for opening a case with them. Since I haven't received any reply to my e-mail, and it seems nobody else is getting any answers on the refunds, I'm going to open a case with them but not escalate it - so there's a 20-day window to issue a refund before it gets sent up to whatever voodoo priest manages paypal, and they'll handle it at that point. Hopefully it doesn't get to that, though.

Re: Refunds
Editing my above post, apparently for whatever reason paypal says "the seller is unable to respond to you at this time", and they auto-escalated the case. Sorry about that, I'm trying NOT to be a dick here, but if I don't do something with them within the given timeframe I lose any possible way of ensuring the refund happens.
Re: Refunds
It's been almost two weeks now, could we please get a time-frame on the refunds some time soon?

Re: Refunds
Well... I don't really care. While it may give me The Books I'm in.
Guys, do not worry, we're with you. Do it right and good.

Re: Refunds
I apologize for opening a case with paypal, but don't worry it's just a precaution.
I have all the faith that you will return the money, and with 800 people it will take some time, I understand.
I just wanted to be sure, guess I'm a bit paranoid eh?
Oh well, once the money's been returned I'll most likely order the next set of books anyway

Re: Refunds
I'm happy to continue waiting for the refund since I'm not in any financial difficulty as a result, but it would put a lot of minds at ease if someone could put out a timeframe of what is being done and how quickly the refunds are likely to be sent out. We are currently trusting you with thousands of dollars of our money, and we'd like to know what is being done with it at the very least.
This forum has gone without updates for more than two weeks, and only a few people seem to have received their refund. Is this process going to take weeks, months, or more? A little update would be much appreciated, since most of us are left hanging in the dark.

Re: Refunds
Good grief I was scared when I saw that refund. Are you guys going to contact us by email for this?
If so is there an email address I should put into my contacts list so it will get sorted properly? I seem
to have some issues with receiving emails from you guys, heck I didn't get my invoice until May 9th which
didn't leave a lot of time to take care of my payment.
