I mailed as well, (more than a week ago), but no reply as of yet...

but unfortunately people do not realise this applies to themselves as well. That includes you too.

Have sent an e-mail requesting confirmation that my payment has been processed.
Hopefully the books will start shipping soon.

Sent an email over two weeks ago.
No reply.

I really really don't want to lose over a hundred USD (shipping to Europe is almost as expensive as the books)
I've already had a few problems with this.
And I really really want my books :twilightangry2:

In all honesty all the admins DO have life taking a lot of their time, but generally there hasen't been problems with the requests in the past atleast so there isn't really any reason to be worrying.
Just breath deeply, count to ten and don't panic =)
None of them are professionals and the first print was half the size of the current one so there are problems expected with the emails.

My reading of the original post was that he was setting up an email address with the intent to answer everything sent to it that weekend. I got a response to my email just before he posted here that he had responded to all the emails. If you sent your email after the post I linked then it's probably just that they are busy and haven't been responding.

Overall the whole process hasn't been fast (the signup list opened like 5 months ago), but there's been some progress every month or two. Hopefully once summer starts we'll see some more progress and finally get our books. I think most of the worry in this thread has been caused by his using two different posts in different parts of the website to open and close a small period of fast responses.
