I'm not sure if a third printing is confirmed or not, but for the first 2 printings, dust jackets are/were not included. For the first run, it would have added an amount to each book set ($30 I think) about equal to the cost of taking the files to a Staples, Kinko's, etc. and having them print it. It was decided that that was a better option due to time and so that the people who didn't want to pay for the jackets wouldn't be forced to (and I imagine that getting a list of who does and does not want the jackets and having the print company make that amount would be rather annoying and full of complications, so I wouldn't suggest that).

As for getting the jackets, find out what places around you can print dust jackets (like the aforementioned Staples and Kinko's), find out what file types they require/prefer, and find the most up-to-date files in one of the dust jacket threads:

Edit: Didn't see your "Outside of US" note, but the method should still be the same, it may just be more difficult to find a printing location.

Is there any way to find out if the payment I sent is correct?

I've never used Paypal before, and I just want to make sure everything is correct, while there is still time to fix things.

Are payments being made for the 2nd printing yet? I've been confirmed for it but I haven't seen any emails since that confirmation back in Feb. Not even in spam. I hope I haven't missed something.

My problem, too. Didn't recieve an invoice till now. (Maybe because my registration e-mail differs from my paypal?)

Due to a of lengthy, complicated, and terribly inconvenient series of events, I was unable to get the funds on Paypal until today. However, my invoice that I received some time ago stated that payment was due by the 11th (its now the twelfth). Am I just out of luck now, or are y'all still taking it since some people only received their invoices a few days ago?

When are these expected to ship?

I am moving mid-summer, and I would like to make sure it is shipped to an address I am going to be at (don't want the books showing up to old apartment if I am moved out).

I do have to ask(and honestly I'm at fault for not keeping up with this) but I am interested in purchasing a copy of it, and would be willing to pay for it. What, currently, is the demand for a third printing? I read that there would need to be at least one hundred-fifty people who would need to be confirmed in order to secure a third.

I have the same question as Bahqlak. I only recently found out about this project, and I'm really disappointed I missed the first two printings. Is there a petition or list, something we can sign to express our interest in a third printing? I realize it's kind of redundant to basically ask the same question, but his question is ten days old and has not gotten a reply yet, so I figured I would offer my support and hopefully get an answer from someone.

People are being very silent about the 2nd printing... and as far as it looks like, they will have wrapped that up by Octobre. Then I think - if there is going to be a third printing - it will be starting in oktober/november, and thus your books will be arriving in the summer of 2014. (I'm already on this forum since November 2012)

I sent you guys money through paypal over a month ago now, and I STILL have no news on what the hell you guys are doing with my money. I have repeatedly sent you emails relating to this issue, and the only response I got was "We are currently refunding payments as PayPal fell through". I understand that there was an issue with paypal, and that sucks, but that still doesn't answer my question on what is actually going on with MY money. It would be really nice if I could get a more detailed response.
