Yes, they are finally being sent out. But I am having to do them in batches of 200/day, so will take four days for them to complete.
One of the delays was we wanted to avoid the issue with GMail blocking emails from us, and GMail is around 75% of the signups. So, we used a service designed for sending out bulk email to make sure it was done right. But anything over 200 emails/day would have started costing money and we are trying to keep costs as low as possible.
I personally don't have access to the PayPal account, so I can't verify payments, but I'm sure one of the admins with access to it would be glad to verify it.

Given the fact that I was nr. 300-something and that I didn't receive an email yet, it seems my turn is tomorrow or after that. I have transferred the money from my bank account to my paypal. Now all I can do is wait... It will make me 98 euro's poorer, but it is worth it
