How exactly this second print is going to happen? There will be sign-up, then payment, then shipping. Or there will be just paying, then shipping (without any sign-ups)? I prefer first variant

I'm 99% convinced that there will be sign-ups. Before the announcement is made there's one thing I would like to address. It comes down to how many books are printed(cheaper in bulk). Are limit is pretty close to how many was printed last time so $73 US plus whatever for international shipping. Than there is conversion rate will give you a guess.
