I would think that as highly unlikely, the price for a single set of books to be manufactured would be rather expensive.

He means a restriction of only one set per person. If there's only such a little amount of sets available it would be a bit unfair if someone got two or three sets while others don't get any.

Well, nothing is decided until those responsible for the printing say so, but in this situation I'm pretty sure that will be the case

I don't know if I really have anything constructive to say here, but I just made an account on this board because I am totally psyched that there's gonna be another printing that I will most likely to be able to get a copy from because FO:E is basically my life and it'd be amazing to own a physical version of it eeeeee
