FoE D&C: Rolling Invoices

Post by zemming » Sun Apr 08, 2018 10:36 pm

Hey everyone,
Many thanks to the over 600 people who have signed up so far! We really appreciate your support and hope you are as excited as we are to read Duck and Cover in its physical form.

Just a couple small updates:
Signups are set to close April 15th. So if you haven't signed up already you have about a week to do so. The signup form is here: https://goo.gl/4MbHHV

And we're going to go ahead and start sending out invoices on a rolling basis. That means if you've signed up before now (April 9th, 01:30 GMT-0400) you should have already received an invoice. If not, please double check your spam folder before sending us an email. Invoices are due about a week after being sent.

Thanks to having so many people sign up, we were able to get the cost down a decent bit:
Each book is $25.99 USD, with free shipping to the US.
International shipping was close to what we estimated, but the exact price is calculated based on each country / order.

The rest of the invoices we'll send out as time permits. If you've signed up just now don't be too surprised if it takes a few days for an invoice to be sent.

If you have any questions about the project, you should check out the FAQ, which goes into a bit more detail than this post; post in the Duck and Cover Questions Thread; or feel free to send us an email at FoEPrintProject@gmail.com.

For quick questions, we also can be reached on our Discord server: https://discord.gg/EFkYw8Z

Paid. :bwalk:
Although, I do kind of wish you had posted this before you started sending them out, because I honestly thought it was a scam/spam at first, and almost deleted it.

Yeah, but if we made the post before we finished sending invoices, we'd get 20 emails saying "I haven't gotten an invoice ZOMG!!!1!!1" :pipshrug:

I understand. It's more me being paranoid, because I legitimately got hit by a scam a few months ago, than anything else.
