I know you guys are doing this for the community with nothing in return. I'm sure everyone here appreciate that. However, I feel you are sacrificing a bit too much of the book to have them out. I have waited 2 years for this, and to be honest, I'd rather wait another 2 years to have a book set like the first one, than to have the one right now. Reducing the number of books is something I can accept, but dropping the art as well is a bit too much.zemming wrote:Put simply, most all of the people working on the project will not be able to commit the amount of time required for a project of this scale if it is push back any later in the year.dragonartistJRR wrote:Honestly, I don't think anyone here would have had any qualms with a delay in order to get chapter artwork in the books.
What was the big hurry, anyways?
I'm sorry you feel that our work is incomplete and not a quality set. We invested a lot of time and effort to make the books the best we can.Nerevar wrote:I personally wish they'd do another printing like the first. It was a much more complete and quality collection. Five books instead of three, with artwork for each chapter.
To clarify, we are printing a Two Book set, not three.
If you would like more information regarding the second printing of Fallout Equestria, please read through our posts on the homepage which provide some more detail on the project.
Also feel free to check out a sample of the final formatting to get a better idea of what the inside of the books will look like.
I'm really sorry if I am being ungrateful, but this is truly how I feel about this. Rushing it out just takes away many values that people want in a physical version of FoE.
Is there any chance that we will get a different print with chapter art included?
