Just to confirm, there is no way to receive a printing of this story without the inclusion of the non-canon chapter 20.5?

While we understand many Fallout: Equestria fans have strong feelings on both sides about Chapter 20.5, it would not be possible to print some books with or without. The book is formatted in such a way that if you do not want to read Chapter 20.5, it can be skipped while retaining the story as originally written by Kkat.

I hope this doesn't sound like a dumb thing to ask but I was wondering in what form we will be getting the invoice an when are we supposed to pay?

Invoices will be emailed out. From there you can view an online copy where you can pay via credit card. Everyone will probably have around a week to pay their invoices.
