Just a quick question, If I order two copies will I have to pay the $35 worldwide shipping fee twice or once?

Good question! I updated the FAQ with pricing for shipping multiple books internationally.

For most of Europe, shipping will be about:
1 Book: $35.00
2 Books: $55.00
3 Books: $60.00
4 Books: $65.00
5 Books: $70.00

The final price on shipping may be a little different since the cost to ship to different countries ofter varies, but that should give you a better idea of what to budget for.

Are you in Canada?
Shipping for Canada is at least $25 per book. If you order 2 books, shipping might be cheaper than $50. But because the price of shipping Priority International to Canada is dependent on your address, we can only provide a generalized estimate.

Yeah, I'm not that anal with our manufacture. I trust them to use quality paper that is suitable for our needs and within our budget. When we move forward I will ask for paper samples to verify everything. For now I can tell you it's white, and about 1300PPI.

Usually we start to see a price break in shipping once you order 3 or more books. Sorry for the confusion, but that's why the FAQ mentions one copy, then skips to 3+.

Again though, Canada's a little hard to estimate shipping for. If you're ordering 3 or more books, just send us a message once the invoices are sent out and we'll be able to estimate your shipping based off your address.

Note, for anyone else reading this: This is just for shipping to Canada. Our estimates for other countries will still be accurate.
