Also, and i will admit I know little to nothing about it so I could be talking out of my backside here, ever consider an On Demand printing service so as we fans order books they get printed and shipped instead of needing to print a lot and selling them?

It does? O.o Ok... Guess getting permission to take the Epub or PDF to a print shop to make a single copy of my own is also out of the question?

As far as i can recall,
Its fine as long as its not published or you are reselling at a profit.
The problem is that the some online print sites often are technically publising the book at the same time.
I should think that it would be fine as long as you are ensuring that only a personal copy is printed and that you are not getting it printed by a print/publisher company.

Do not do that! You don't have permission to even print a private copy.

Are there badges or icons or whatever for the third printing that go under your name here? If there is I don't think I ever recieved mine.

Also were the statistics ever released for the third printing? I was pretty interested in seeing those.

We didn't create badges for the 3rd printing. Just the first and second printings as well as the Pink Eyes first printing.

Statistics for the 3rd printing have not been released at this time.

There were badges for the second printing? Were they never distributed, or something? I've never seen one, and I was a part of the second printing.
