Look in the post about signups being closed in the project news. It got addressed there. They'll hopefully be sent out late this week, at the earliest.

Is it possible to get my shipping address changed after I've paid? In this case it would change country from international to the US and if this is acceptable, could a partial refund be done for the shipping costs?
