Hey everyone,
Just some quick updates on where everything stands:

Store Info:
The store has been absolutely fantastic. People who missed earlier prints now have a chance to pick up some of the extra books, and it has been far far easier to manage the Black Books using the store instead of a plethora of spreadsheets. We don't anticipate the pre-order process for future printings changing too much, but we'll continue to use the store for extra books and other things like the extra dust jackets.

We're still working on improving the time it takes between ordering and having the books ship. Black Books have been a little easier. Murky Number Seven and Duck and Cover are a little more complicated due to setting up the integration with our usual shipping partner. The plan is to have that nailed down this week so the outstanding orders from September can get shipped out.


Reserve List Info:
The first batch of reserve list books is set to be shipped within a week or two. We've been trying something different to manage how the shipping on those takes place, which is partly why it's taken us longer than expected to have them taken care of.

The next batch of invoices will go out shortly thereafter. We'll edit this post when we have more details, tentatively it's looking like the second batch of invoices will cover the reserve list for all signups through June.

Edit: October 7, 0030 GMT-0400: The second batch of invoices have been sent out to everyone who had signed up on the reserve list. If you don't see your invoice, double check your spam folder.
To those waiting for your books to ship: We're working on it. We've been trying something new with how we're processing the reserve list, which combined with everything else going on, is why it's taken longer than expected. When your book(s) do ship, you'll be emailed a tracking number.

Holy crap, I didn't even know about the store!

We've been trying to spread the word! It's a bit new, so not everyone knows about it. But we have some extra books still left over from other printings, and figure it'd be great if everyone had an opportunity to pick them up!
