Thank you again.
A hardcover printing was done for Flight of the Alicorn in 2012, and The Stranger and Her Friend is published on lulu (although I'd say you should be careful with the latter).

I wish that there was a centralized place that would say which fanfics have had books printed. It would make book-hunting a bit easier. In the meantime, I'm just compiling every book I hear about in a word document.

Just got my order. Wanted to say thank you, and I really admire all the work that's gone into them.

Could you post a link to 'The Stranger and Her Friend' on lulu? I tried to look for it myself but, well, Google failed me this time.
Also, what's the thing I should be careful about in case of checking it on?

Here's the link to the author's info post about the book. It has pictures, pricing info, and links to the paperback, hardback matte, and hardback glossy versions of the book:
http://www.fimfiction.net/blog/284551/book
There's a lot of info there, so I suggest reading the whole post before buying a book.

As for why you should be careful, remember that lulu is a publishing website, not just a printer. Selling "The Stranger and Her Friend" like this has questionable legality, even though the author says that he's getting no profit.

Is it legal? Well, not really. As pointed out by RBDash47 in the comments on fimfiction, the terms of lulu don't allow fanfiction. Fanfiction is a difficult topic though and you could argue that fanfiction itself isn't legal, so make out of that what you want.

This isn't about making a profit though. It's about giving fans the chance to own a physical copy of the story, not unlike this project. The guy behind it is a huge fan of 'The Stranger and her Friend' and wanted to give back to the author by making the story into a real book and neither he or the author are making a profit from it. (I know the guy.)

What's the status of the wait list? Are there still some sets left?

We're still slowly making our way down the waitlist. We can't send out more invoices that books we have, and for people who don't pay we have to wait till their invoice goes past due before deleting it.
So it's a bit slow going, but yes we still have some sets left for people on the waitlist.

Also on Lulu are:

My Little Dashie
The Story of My Life
The Tale of Saving Grace
Torchwood: The New Equestria Files
Doctor Whoof: The Complete Series Director's Cut

I make no guarantees as to the quality of writing of any of these, as I have not read any of them except for part of Doctor Whoof, which appeared not to have been proofread and made me want to beat my head against my desk.

Definitely going to have to pick up The Stranger And Her Friend though. Yayponies <3
