Heh, I know what you mean.
Lucky for me I received my payment just now, my parent's won't have anything to say now :rainbowkiss:

And for everyone who's still waiting: Just have patience, I was around 500 and I received my refund now :pinkiebounce:

I just feel bad for the people running this right now. A bunch of people let down due to unforeseen circumstances, a load of extra work, having to go through 500 invoices to go through, and probably worries about being labeled as a scammer for ever, and on top of other life stuff! I'm about to have a panic attack for them...

Any news on how far through the refunds you are now? I hear people are beginning to get theirs now but haven't seen any sign of mine myself.
Again, not trying to demand that I be prioritised or anything of the sort, I'm just wondering how long it could take before I receive mine (if I was theoretically at the end of the line on refunds.)

I'm just quoting you cause it's relevant to what is going on but this can be addressed to everyone.

Yes refunds are coming, no I don't know how far or where we are in it other than its happening, just really slow. I'm not here to cause anyone alarm. I know these people personally and they will get the refunds done, even if it is slowly. I just prefer to keep everyone on up to date on things, even if it isn't the best news. While I can blame a lot on personal life getting in a way(me going through a move and trying not to end up homeless, XD). The biggest problem is communication between mods has died down, I am at fault also for this problem as I would go weeks at a time without visiting here, not cause I hate you guys but rather this is fluff compared to my really big personal problems. However this is other people money we are dealing with so I will take some time to figure out where we are at, I will admit I should of done this sooner.

I'm not in control of funds so I don't have access to the account the money is in(In Canada so nowhere close to them,) I'm going to chase Logistics(Autinite) down has hard as I can and will make a new post within hopefully a week of where we are at. with that out of the way, lets get to expectations, again I want to keep you guys up to date.

I PERSONALLY CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SECOND PRINT WILL HAPPEN, ONLY THE REFUNDS.

I apologize to everyone who was hoping to get their books printed from us. I don't want to sit here and keep your hopes up when the chain of command has collapsed this bad. If you still want to get FO:E printed, than I would designate us as PLAN B and start a personal PLAN A.

If you guys have any questions that isn't addressed, don't be afraid to ask here, I will keep up for the next couple of weeks as I chase down the refunds.

Can you tell how many refunds have already been processed? It's already been a month.

That is the problem, I'm trying to get this info as we speak, so far, I have been in touch with two of the other mods but neither have access on the Paypal account. Will let everyone know as soon as I can or if I can't figure it out, find other methods to get those refunds out.

If you already have made a order though/to Paypal, we are refunding you the cash. As for re-ordering, that can wait until after this mess is cleaned up.

Just want to say thank you, my payment (on your end) is complete. Paypal is telling me that the money has come back to me in full and that the money will go back to my card direct, so I'm guessing any delay will be on the paypal to my bank. Much appreciated! Sorry if I made myself out to be impatient at any point.
