It's breathtaking! Any word on the reserve list? My initial invoice got lost in the email, and I don't want to miss it again.

Sorry I've been out of the loop, but I thought it was taking awhile for me to get my invoice. Guess this is why. What email were they sent from? I checked my spam folder, and it wasn't there. This slipped my mind until just now. I never got an invoice. I signed up for a book, then later signed up for a second copy. I suppose it's too late now though.

It's all in one large tome. The first printing was 5 smaller volumes, the 2nd was 2 large volumes, and this one will likely be pretty hefty. According to the FAQ (which I now bothered to read), it'll be about 1.6 inches thick. That's not too bad. Mainly because it's going to be printed on Bible pap...

Awesome to hear! A few questions though. The last printing included chapter 20.5, A mare worth fighting for. Will it be included here? From what I've heard, the first printing included illustrations. Will those be included? Lastly, is the typeset and page layout new here, or just the 1st (or 2nd) ed...

It was mentioned in another thread that about 1200 books would be printed. I was just wondering if each one was going to have it's own number printed somewhere on it (#497 out of 1200 prints)?

While I'm at it, are you planning to help publish any non-FOE related books? I know someone who mentioned they were planning on a published version of their story.

Will the books include dust jackets? If no, will you provide official ones for us to print? I'm assuming the old ones won't work with the second printing.
