Will everyone who's been too late for the second printing get an email regarding this?

I,m checking back like 10 times a day now, I really don't wanna miss out

But when the signing up for the second printing starts, will there be a cap of X amount of people and later signup for a third printing or is it unlimited of people signing up to this printing?
