I have pretty much the same Question. Is there any other way to pay? Otherwise I would have to cancel my order. Did I miss some details beforehand?

I dont own a credit card and I cant just get one just for one payment.

Since the first 2 printings were at a time when I hadnt read FOE yet, I would also love a third printing.
