Cosplay!

So, I've been posting my progress on my Armored Vault Suit cosplay I've been working on for Bronycon on my home forums, and I figured since it's Fallout/FoE related that I might as well post some pics here too; as well as encourage the rest of you to do the same(the original thread is here if you wanted to check that out).
Here is the pipboy, I bought the resin cast off of a guy that goes by the name Scruffy(link for it here, although he closed orders for now). We're still in the process of dremmeling it out, mocking up electronics, and other things, but it's getting there! I'll post a pic soon of what it looks like.
The main weapon prop we're building is an Assault rifle, using the Nerf Retaliator as the base for it.
First coat of primer, PVC barrel extention added
Sanding, detail work 1
Detail work 2
Detail work 3(stock is now a faux wood grain)
Detail work 4 showcasing PVC barrel extention
We still have to go over the areas that we sanded down to the bare plastic, and give it a nice clear coat. We dremmeled out the Nerf propaganda on the side to give it a better overall look.
The suit we're using is a Dickies workman's coveralls(I'm a rather large gentleman, so it was a bit difficult finding a suit to work well with me).
Suit back
Suit front, with almost finished Assault Rifle.
Since the only suit I could find that would fit me is a dark navy blue, I'm sun bleaching it to try to get the worn look I want out of it. It's been a slow process, but it's starting to fade. We still have to make the shoulder pads thing out of Wonderflex, get some knee pads and other assorted items, find an acceptable belt to use, but I think it's coming together nicely. We're also working on modifying an old cap gun to look like Lucky, the named .357 from New Vegas.
Comments would be much appreciated if you could.
