Hi, I bought one of those sets a few months back. Costed $40, but I do not think you will be able to get one now since he is only ever on every few months. Took around 2-3 months for him to look at one of my notes I sent.

That is a very long turn around time.
Also does the set include an entire deck, or just those cards?

It comes with a full deck including 2-10.
(Mine was missing the 5's :bjshrug: )
