I'm hoping to be paid and in production come late next week, with a solid estimation on how long it'll take for the books to be made. But we'll see, sometimes this part of the process takes longer than expected, especially considering the size of the order.

I'm thinking about doing one of those too, although less DIY and more professional, albeit at the cost of several hundred dollars (not in the near future)...the DIY printing that I did after missing the first print.
On a side note, if I did a DIY print myself it would probably look more like a DUI print.
If you dig around on here a bit you should find those book files and the covers somewhere in an old post on here.

I got the second printing and the DIY printing that I did after missing the first print. Now I'm getting the 3rd. Also still waiting on Project Horizons, even though I haven't read it yet I mainly just want something new to read while on break at work.

Hey Zemming, I signed up for the reserve list and didn't get an invoice. Was I not picked, have the invoices for reserves just not shipped yet, or is there another problem? Thanks a bunch! 
If we tap into the reserve list, it won't be till after the invoices are due for the main batch. So, just be patient for now
